Here is a custom hoosier in red and cream with checkerboard pattern:

This is the same hoosier. After I thought I was finished with it, I realized that I wasn't satisfied with how it looked. I repainted the door frames to red instead of cream and think that this resulted in a much better looking piece.

Someone made this out of an antique bed. When I bought it, there was a custom pillow that covered the seat. It was dirty so I just chucked it, and using some old fencing boards cut to fit, replaced the cushion with the wood giving it more of a primitive look.

I did this hutch and took it in to Moose Hill with a price tag. A couple of weeks passed and I realized that I liked the piece and didn't want to aprt with it so returned to Moose Hill to put a not for sale sign on it. Unfortunately it had already sold. Bummer. Well, its still a win win situation, they got the hutch and I got paid for it.

A sweet bench painted for a client who has a number of our pieces and has had me custom several of her own pieces. Unfortunately I used the wrong shade of cream on this piece so that it doesn't quite match the other pieces in the room. And now they are moving to Montana and I didn't get to redo it. (Sorry Rise')





Another custom piece for another client that has a number of my pieces. This is a small two piece hutch.



A cute night stand/end table. A few people assured me that customers were requesting yellow so I did this one and have yet to find a buyer. Will probably end up repainting it another color.

A table in red. Customer that bought this at Moose Hill, also bought black and cream chairs to go with it.



This desk belonged to our pastor's wife. It was her brothers before it was hers as a young girl.

The next two pics are of a small end table. It has great storage under a half lid. I painted the top surface with chalkboard paint. A great piece for a small child to keep some art supplies or puzzle pieces, etc, and they can write with chalk on the top surface, easy to clean up:

It has been a while since I posted, as usual I seem to not be very organized or efficient! But here are some pieces I've been completing in the past few months since I last posted.

A piano bench (I remember sitting on one just like this as I took lessons).
